The story

Born in a chippy.
Raised in a wok.

Celtic Tiger is a love letter to two things we miss most — the Friday-night chippy back home, and the steamy little Chinese on the corner that fed us through every late shift. We brought them both to Abu Dhabi and let them have a proper scrap.

What came out is the menu we always wanted: salt & chilli everything, real curry sauce, batter you can hear from across the room, and chips that earn their place at the bottom of the bag.
